Our Purpose
- To maintain contact among members, to built an active worldwide network,
and to contribute to the strengthening of US-Ivory Coast relationships.
- To pursue the ideals of Fulbright international in Ivory Coast,
in the US and around the globe by facilitating lifelong interaction among alumni and current participants
- To give back in return for the unique opportunity provided by the Fulbright
program.
The Association will specifically take into account the need for real-time
interactions
Our
Goals
- Provide educational or social activities
and programs for Ivorian Fulbright scholars, teachers and students to welcome them to the US
- Provide an educational or social enrichment activities and programs
for American Fulbright scholars, teachers and students to welcome them to Ivory Coast
- Organize or take part in public lectures on a topic related to international
educational, political, cultural or business topics with a knowledgeable Fulbright alumnus/a as a featured speaker or panelist
- Sponsor performances or art exhibits involving Ivorian and international
Fulbrighters
- Co-sponsor workshops with Fulbright Alumni Association representatives
and other Fulbright related organizations promote a diverse and highly qualified pool of candidates for Fulbright awards
- Promote hospitality and formal as well as informal interaction among
Fulbrithers regardless of their country of origin
- Build and maintain a strong worldwide network through a web-based
data base
